As promised, I'm writing again to discuss the shocking similarities between my housemate Marly and Michael Jackson. This blog post will be dedicated to showing just how similar the two are. I shall focus specifically on one aspect! I know there is not one person out there who hasn't heard MJ's catch phrase "Shamawnnn". Well, get a load of this...
The day before yesterday me and Marly were in the kitchen preparing dinner for her parents. I was minding my own business, stir frying some vegetables, not paying much attention to what Marly was doing. All of a sudden I started hearing these whispers... "shamawnnn, hee-hee". As you may expect, I started doubting myself! I thought, "am I going mad?"... I lifted my head up to look at Marly and she immediately turned away and left the room. This was suspicious but after a minute or so I went back to my work and disregarded it all as a silly/crazy happening.
15 minutes later Marly walked back in, with her hair down in a Michaelesque manner, sliding her feet along the ground. "Shamawwwnn hee-hee, hee-hee"... I was hearing it again!!! This time I secretly looked at Marly, and just as I had expected, the whispers were coming from her! This startled me beyond words. I was scared,surprised and excited all at the same time. I asked her why she was saying that over and over again; I was hoping she was just fooling around. She was completely dumbfounded. She persisted that she had not said any such thing and suggested I was making it all up. Luckily I had installed a secret camera in the kitchen to record any such incident and share it with all of you! Actions speak louder than words! So guys, you tell me...
